3. Subscription & Payment

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the plan selected (Monthly, Semi-Annual, Yearly).
• Activation: Services are typically activated within minutes of payment confirmation, but may take up to 24 hours in rare circumstances.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price for an active subscription will remain unchanged until the renewal date.

4. Usage & Compatible Devices

For HD/4K streaming quality, verify that your device supports these resolutions and check that your internet speed reaches the required minimum of 25 Mbps.

Sharing your subscription credentials with others is prohibited. Single accounts allow one simultaneous stream unless you've purchased a multi-room package. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension.

5. Content Availability

The selection of channels and VOD content is subject to change without notice. Although we continuously update our catalog, both technical problems and rights issues may affect content availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

When it comes to damages caused by service use or accessibility issues, SkyHub4K accepts no responsibility. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, such as financial setbacks, data breaches, or non-physical harm.
